Bookings & Cancellations:

Here at Estelle Hair Salon we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to someone else.

Appointments changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may occur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no notice will incur a 100% fee of the booked service.

Booking deposits are NON-Refundable and are NOT transferable.
