POlicy.

Bookings & Cancellations:

If you are needing to change or cancel your booking here at Estelle Hair Salon please get in contact with the salon 48hrs prior to your appointment. If you fail to get in contact, unfortunately any booking deposit will be unavailable to use in future bookings and you may have to pay a deposit when making your next appointment. I also understand circumstances/ sickness can happen unexpectedly, if this is the case please get in contact with the salon for further discussion.

I am a small business and with this only being my source of income please be respectful with my time when cancelling or deciding to be a no-show.

Deposits:

When making an appointment via DM you will be required to pay a $50 deposit. A link will be sent to you to complete. This deposit secures your booking slot; The $50 will also be deducted from your final price on the day of your service. If you end up cancelling, rescheduling, or no-showing within 48hrs of your appointment the deposit will not be refundable.

Booking online:

When making an online booking you will be asked to put in your card details. Nothing will be charged from your account when making the appointment, this is in place to prevent last minute cancellations and no-shows. The only time the $50 will be taken from your bank account will be if you do cancel or no-show within 48hrs.
